4th Floor Passage
Linked via the 3F Passage, Rooms 401, 402, and the Data Room directly, the staff elevator also allows access to the rest of the hospital from B3 to Rooftop. Shutters are able to be pulled down to lock off the stairwells and wings to other rooms. Oddly there are only two rooms on this floor, but they are not registered by the hospital as 'Hospital rooms' officially.

The first signs that something must have been wrong in the hospital, other than the creepy doctor she murdered, was the state of the interior:
A part of her knew that hospitals were made immaculately clean as to keep its patient's healthy, but as she stepped out of room 401, she could see smashed medical supplies, turned over carts of equipment, broken glass and needles free floating about. She looked around the claustrophobic hallway right to left. There was a door, 402, to her right, and a three way intersection down her left. She made her way leftward, being careful to avoid stepping on the broken glass in her bare feet, the cold tile underneath was like ice, but she pushed through the discomfort. The air was also cold, and she rubbed her arms, her chest jiggling as she pauses at the three way. Data Room... and an Elevator? I don't see any other way down...either... She thought, before turning to the Data Room first.
She approached it cautiously, her foot falls were silent upon the tile, given her lack of footwear. She reached for the door cautiously, before turning the handle. She needed to check for supplies after all, and may as well check here first; perhaps she'd run into a friendly face for a change. She slowly enters the Data Room...

She returned her attention back to the Data Room's door, raising her slimy arms each time the creature pounded and clawed the door, the fear that it was going to break through crushing her soul! She looked around as the pounding and scratching continued, half amazed she was about to be a meal for that thing, and afraid she was still going to be if she didn't move her shiny ass fast enough! "Gotta get out of here!" She gasped, still in pain from being swallowed, having acid coat her body, among other stress inducing factors. "The elevator!" She screamed, looking over at it at the end of the hall opposite of the Data room! She ran for it, and pressed the button on the console... but it wouldn't allow her! "What?!" She tried again. Nothing. She then noticed the card reader slot on the side... and remembered the doctor's card keys. She paled. Did they fall off me when I got eaten?! She patted herself down, and avoided a heart attack when she found the slender... albeit slimy card with a funny red and white logo on it in the folds of the gown. Then... she almost had another heart attack.... she was aware something didn't sound right... no sounds at all... in fact, the monster pounding the door had suddenly stopped....
She slowly turned her head right, her eyes readjusting, not as blurry as they were before, and they focused on the data room's door. The overhead light still flickered from the pounding movements, still swaying as well...
Rattle...rattle... rattle...
The door's knob was... moving, turning... spiraling as if someone or...
"The monster's opening the door..." She whispered, gulping back bad taste again, her eyes wide with fear! She turned her head back to the panel and slid the card key, the first two times it didn't register because she had it facing the wrong way, while the new panic settled in, and the door continuing to rattle!
The panel lit up, accepting her card, and then she was able to call the lift. She glanced up... the elevator was on floor 2... she had to wait.

His unearthly howls shook the room and the adjoining hall, his body and bulk pressing against the door with body blows, shoulder slams that caused the wall to crack and fissure! The lights flickered, items shook, and another loud pound caused a massive bulge to punch through the steel door's center!
The beast roared, dragging his new razor claws across the length of the door, like nails dragging across a chalkboard!
SCREEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEEAACH!
The sound was enough to make your ears bleed, but when the creature's anger seemed to go full blast... it paused, and glanced down at the door knob. It had seen how the other food prey had opened the door before he attacked... seen how this new food prey had closed it. It raised its bleeding left webbed and clawed fingers to the knob... and began to rattle it!

The door continued to rattle, all the while Jane had to wait anxiously for her lift to 'freedom' to arrive! The knob turned left and right... then... it began to turn all the way till a loud, click resonated throughout the hall! The knob then falls again, and the lock sets back into place again. There is an agitated snarl coming from behind the doorway, and the door knob begins to turn once again...!

Re: 4th Floor Passage
She felt her heart rising into her throat, the anxiety building as she switched her vision from the Data Room door to the Elevator's panel! "C'mon... C'mon!!" She screamed, banging on the doors, knowing it did nothing to speed up the process as the light went from 2F to 3F! With the revelation that the thing can open the door with enough practice, and being defenseless, this lift needed to get to here, and now!

Re: 4th Floor Passage
There is another slight turn... then a dull click...
The door swings open... and in the doorway, the mutated Urgen stood with blazing eyes. He stares at his prey, the one who hurt him, and was getting away! With a loud screech, he began to sprint towards her, arms stretched out wide, claws dragging across the walls- causing large fissures in the sheet rock and masonry!
Thankfully for her, the lift arrived, and the doors began to slide open!

Re: 4th Floor Passage
The sound of the door squealing open turned her blood cold, and the sight of the mutated monster bounding at her at full speed was enough to give her nightmares for the rest of her life... assuming she survived long enough! She didn't want a second look at the creature's interior, and when she went to bang on the door again, she found her weight fall forwards! She stumbled into the lift, and swerved blindly for the console, hitting bare wall at first, then dove for the opposite side and clicked frantically on the first button she could reach! "C'mon!!" She screamed tapping repeatedly at the button as the creature had dove past her, past the lift and into the wall off to her right somewhere. The lift shook a little, and soon the doors began to close... but they did so too slowly for her liking!

Re: 4th Floor Passage
The mutated monster slammed the wall, narrowly missing his intended target. He was momentarily stunned, but slowly recovered, and returned his attention to the woman inside the lift! She was trapped, a narrow box that left her little chance to evade him, and as he turned the corner to bring his sharp claws upon her the lift's double doors slammed shut! His claws dig deep into the metal chassis, and a loud screech of anger bellowed from his deep lungs as he arched his back and let it out! He slammed his claws against the door several times, unable to manipulate them, before turning around for the nearby window and dove out it!
Glass shattered, as the creature fell from the 4th floor down, tumbling towards the Ambulance parking with a dull thud...

Re: 4th Floor Passage
She found her heart skipping a beat as the creature reappeared between the crack in the lift's doorway. She was resigning herself to her fate, watching the claw rise up to strike her when the doors finally shut! The room shook violently as the carriage descended, away from that monster as the sound of steel rendered useless by its sharp claws scraping upon its surface...
She breathed heavily, unsure how she just survived that encounter, but praying that things weren't worse off down below... Her eyes glance over to the console... unsure what floor she hit, only glad it wasn't the one she was previously on...
