B3 MA-124 Hunter 'Gamma' Mass Production Facility and Underground Waterway

"God damn it..." Jack sighed, as light from behind them forced the pair to turn around and stare at the huge... plant? Facility of sorts before them:



Freaky, frog like creatures were suspended in fluids in massive capsules, and there were... hundreds of them. "What the hell is this place, I thought this was supposed to be a school?!" He grunted, slamming his fist into the concrete wall beside him, snarling as he burned his eyes into the glass of one of those... creatures.



He didn't know what they were, but... at the moment, they looked dead. Hibernating. He drew his handgun in one hand, the maglite in the other. "I'm going to do a quick search... don't... touch anything. Run for that damn panel and leave without me if anything goes weird. Okay?" He asked Yoko, before he swept the room slowly, scanning for any threats, exits, or items of use...

The lift was cramped and tight to move about, and Yoko found herself rubbing against Jack on the way down. "Sorry..." she whispered, glancing up to him. She soon found herself turning around to gasp in awe of the large facility as well! Jack wasn't so thrilled, as they had just left one factory of monsters just to enter another... "Jack... calm down..." she said, placing a hand on his shoulder again. "Getting frustrated wont solve anything..."

He descended a pair of steps in front of the lift, and told her to run if something happened, and she shook her head. "No, I will not leave you in this place." she said swiftly, handgun at the ready. She too followed suit, and began looking around. The creatures looked familiar... and was then reminded of what she had seen in the Chemical Storage room!

But these things... were far larger than the creatures she'd seen upstairs! It seemed so long ago now... just before she met Jack.

Yoko began to search around as well, drawing her flashlight she acquired from the dead security guard, she began to look for clues, or more specifically- a way out.

Jack didn't see anything of immediate use, and or of note, as his meds hadn't fully kicked in yet and Yoko distracted him with her rebelliousness. He turned around to face her, training his flashlight's ray's on her chest as he turned around, holding the light up in a reverse grip, with the other end of the light resting on his shoulder. "Yoko... I appreciate it, but..." he paused. He saw a familiar shape and color of something against the wall. "Wait a minute..." he said, lifting the light up to see the all too familiar shape of the logo:



"The hell...?" He gasped. "Umbrella...?" He blinked, and didn't know why the corporation's logo would be plastered all over the place down here. Were they... containing these creatures? They were a big Pharmaceutical company with lots of fingers in many pies so to speak, but he couldn't believe they would be so... brazen to make an underground facility developing, what? Monsters? He kept his thoughts to himself, and pulled himself away from the logo, continuing the search. "...why the hell would Umbrella's logo be all over this equipment?" He asked Yoko, whose sister, she claimed, worked at the corporation. He didn't turn to her, as he resumed his search for anything they could use, or a way out of this place...

Yoko's search hardly started, as she stared at the contained creature... then the logo beneath. "Jack..." she began, as she slowly turned to him, and then noticed his light shift from her to the wall behind them.





The large logo of 'Umbrella Corporation' was on the wall above the heavy, durasteel door. "(No way... this has to be some sort of... misunderstanding?)" she said in Japanese to herself, before Jack asked out loud why Umbrella's logos would be sprawled everywhere. "I... I don't know. This is odd for me, as well, Jack..." She replied, and like him, continued to search for a way out of this... creepy place.

Jack began to branch himself out from the wide room. His light's beam falling upon the twitching, grotesque creatures floating inside the containers. "MA-124... 'y'?" He said out loud, blinking at the confusing series of numbers and letters. It was what was sprawled upon the tanks, each one numbered after that phrasing, the one beside the other was the next number up, and so on and so forth. He continued to deepen his search.

Yoko giggled. "No, Gamma." she corrected Jack, shifting her weight on her hips, twisting her torso slightly around and glancing over at him with a playful smirk and glance from over her right shoulder. "Its the Greek letter for 'Gamma', not a 'y'." She teased, before her light fell upon a shaft that seemed to lead up to a catwalk of sort, and a doorway! "Hey! I think I found something!" Yoko called out, shining the light up at the open shaft, before turning to face Jack.

Jack's light had fell upon a control room above them as soon as he flashed the light upward. He couldn't see a pathway connected to it however, so he was stumped on how to get there, and kept it to himself till he heard Yoko calling out to him from behind.

He turned to face her, and saw she found a catwalk and a door, as well as a shaft as he could see that seemed to connect to the upper floors. Maybe. "Well, I found a large control room... so my find is better." he commented, with a playful smirk, feeling a little more at ease now as his stress ebbed away.




He walked up beside her, and looked up at the shaft. "That looks like it be difficult to reach. Plus there's no telling where it may go..." he said, before flashing the light on a fire ladder, that was still folded up on the railing not too far from it!

"That seems more promising." he explained, flicking off his light, sliding it onto the loop on his belt and walked beneath it. He turned to her, and half hunched over, lacing his fingers together. "I'll give you a boost, to see if you can climb up onto it and kick the rest of the ladder down." he offered with a smile.

"It... looks pretty high up, we may be reaching, literally, by doing this..." She commented, feeling a little off by the idea.

"Okay then," Jack replied, smirking as he changed his stance, sliding his handgun from his pocket to his holster.



"You can try to support me and boost me up instead." He teased, before folding is arms across his chest. "Do you see anything else we can really use to get that thing down?" He asked. "I wanna get outa here... these frog things are creeping me the hell out..." he explained.

With his dexterous movement, Yoko was able to keep herself steady and now stood atop Jack's shoulders. Her ankles wedged beside his ears, she looked down and gave him a mischievous look. "No funny ideas now, ok?" She hummed, before looking up and reaching for the next rung to pull herself up...
