She ran hard, her heavy breasts swaying and bobbing as she pushed herself to get to the base floor quickly. When she finally got to 1F, she bursts through the door and stumbles out! "Hah...ha... ha.." She pants, her large breasts rising and falling, sweat rolling off her curvaceous form. She glanced up and to the right at one of the school entrances and ran to it. "Okay, I'll go hide outside, wait till other teachers and students get here... yeah!" She whispered to herself, bracing her arm for the door. When she saw the Janitor again... She stopped herself, grinding her heels, her eyes wide as she looked at him. The janitor's back was to Risa, and she was sure it was the same one who saw her... for he was still looking up at the roof. She backed up, her breasts jiggling as she took a few steps back. Okay... I'll use the other exit! She thought, turning on her heels, when she slipped and fell! "Ooof!" She cried out, landing on her squishy chest. "Ow..." She cringed, realizing that she totally fucked up her stealth. Her lidded eyes turning slowly back to the Janitor outside the glass double doors...

The janitor didn't seem to react. Only continuing to stare up at the roof like before. The seemed to just sway in place lazily all the while. A nearby mop and pale was upturned, which was why Marisa had fallen. The water was cold, as if it had been on the tiled floor like this for a few hours now.

The janitor's back was still to her, his bald scale almost a pale grey in color...

Marisa was somewhat shocked that the janitor could not hear her. As she stood up, she nearly slipped again on the cold, soapy water beneath her. He just let it spill over the tiles like this? What kind of work ethic is that? It didn't seem right, and in spite of the trouble she thought she would face... she had to confront the janitor to see if he was.... doing well. She'd regret it later if he was having some sort of dementia episode or something like that. Stepping carefully over the spillage, she creeps over to the glass door, and opens it part way. "...excuse me?" She called out, shyly, trying to act more like a 'scared kitten', to at least improve her chances of avoiding some sort of punishment for breaking and entering. "I'm so so sorry about this, the doors were unlocked, and being curious I went to the roof- always wanted to see the city from up there and..." She paused. She wasn't sure if he was deaf or not, but he was still looking... up. "...excuse me?" she called out again.

The man continued to sway listlessly till she repeated herself. Becoming stark still for a moment… he then slowly turned to face her, and she would realize right away something wasn’t right…

His face was still pointed to the sky, only because his neck had a deep, wide cut across the surface! It was so deep a gash, it was a surprise he still had a head on his shoulders! Dried blood caked beneath the wound, the front of his janitor jumpsuit was also stained with the crimson ichor. However, such a wound should have been fatal… he was moving. He was walking towards her, hands outstretched, his palid eyes upon Risa as he shambled towards her, his jaws opening and closing, from his neck was a gurgling warble! He shambled one step after the other, his blood encrusted hands, one bandaged with what looked to be a bite wound, reaching out for her shoulders!

From behind both the young woman came three loud steps, before Risa would feel a hand on her shoulder pull her back! The man in the gray suit rose the head of the mop to the base of the infected Paul Ferguson's neck, pushing the creature backwards with immense force! Causing the infected being to tumble out into the courtyard, stumbling backwards down a flight of steps and out of sight with a wet crack.

The man wielding the mop was Dr. Robert Taylor, Risa's history teacher! The man who appeared to be in his late twenties was a tall, handsome and muscular man with deep blue eyes and short, dark hair. He was one of the popular teachers in Ivy Private School because of these traits, as well as his easy going and affable nature. But at the moment, the warm smile he offered his students each school day was gone, and was replaced with an unsettled expression Risa may not be able to make out. He closed the door, slipping the mop's shaft between both glass doors so no one could get in from this entrance, he then turned, wiping his brow with his sleeve before looking down at Risa. "Marisa Nakajima... what the hell are you doing here? It's dangerous outside! Did you get attacked? He didn't bite you, did he?" He asked, extending his hand out to help her up.

It all happened in a blur, her eyes on the pale blue, nearly white eyes of the janitor before feeling a warm hand tug her back! She was on her butt suddenly, watching as the janitor was sent flying! She blinked. "Wha-what? Dr. Taylor?" She blinked. "What-" she paused, taking a moment to look at his outstretched hand as she digested his words. "-bite? No, I'm-I'm good..." She says taking his hand, pulling herself up. "Wh-what's going on? Why did you hit him, and why you ask if he bit me?" She asked in turn, batting her amber eyes. The teacher was... well, a hottie for one. One of the popular teachers at Ivy Private School, and was her history teacher. She only just realized the blood... the janitor's neck... the hole! "Wait-wait-wait-wait, he barely had a head!" She shouts, gripping her teacher's hand tightly!

Robert glanced her over, to be sure, and then sighed with relief. "Thank goodness... Ms. Nakajima, there isn't time to explain. We have to hurry..." He says, pulling her along now that she grabbed his hand. He lead her away from the doorway, bringing her back to his office. "Damn things are everywhere... they're taking over the city..." He mumbled, letting go of her hand and began to unlock the door to his office. "We need to stick together now Ms. Nakajima, something... something happened to Mr. Ferguson, and to a few other of the staff..." He states as he fumbles with his key ring. "They become rabid... its like rabies. You mustn't get bit by them." He manages to unlock the door, and he pulls Mari in with him before closing the door.

1st Floor Hallway Empty Re: 1st Floor Hallway

Post by Terra Nakano Thu Dec 08, 2022 6:46 pm

It was dark outside when Terra could hear the multiple gun shots ringing out in the nearby street. The big explosion, which shook the buildings and the loud, primal roar of what could be best described as 'pure anger'. (Referencing this moment)

Terra Nakano thought it best to remain indoors after that. She was one of the brightest seniors at Ivy Academy, and that intellect is what kept her alive thus far, however as soon as she heard multiple vehicles and gunfire from somewhere on the roof of the building she felt like she may have lost an opportunity to escape to safety. On one hand, the school was (or at least she thought till she heard the loud booming of a rifle coming from the rooftop) empty, and free of the cannibals and monsters she watched devour the people outside the windows, but for how long? She thought she was alone in the building, but apparently there had been other people lurking about who swiftly passed her so in theory there could be one of those 'things' inside as well! That thought didn't sit well with her, as she wandered the halls, trying to figure how she could escape without notice. In time, once the 'easy prey' are all eaten or turned, they will have to seek out those hiding in the shadows. This place isn't a sanctuary, its an oven with a timer... she thought, holding her chin as her soft soled tennis shoes squeaked on the glossy marble tile floor.

She was unarmed, so potentially meeting the stranger on the roof with their weapon (or at least she assumed they were up there given the noise), could go either way. On one hand, they could be helpful. On the other, they could be a psychopath who'd kill her for the enjoyment, or worse. It was vexing, but she needed to find a way out of this building that wouldn't involve her directly encountering the... 'zombies' or the monsters outside! Dammit, there's got to be... something!

1st Floor Hallway Empty Re: 1st Floor Hallway

Post by Evelyn Graves Mon Apr 17, 2023 11:54 pm

Ms. Evelyn Eleanor Graves, nicknamed 'Evie' or 'Eve' by her closer acquaintances like Dr. Taylor, was walking the halls holding her white heels given how empty the yawning dark hallways of the Academy now were, she didn't want to attract the attention of any of those ghoulish monsters outside or who may be shambling the halls within the building as well! However, given the warzone going on outside, she wasn't sure if her tactical move paid off much. God, the janitor needs to be fired! These floors are bloody filthy! She thought with distress as she made her way down from the teacher's lounge on the second floor to the first floor. She was looking for a weapon to defend herself with, as she dared not leave this building now till morning! Damn it, what a shitty predicament I've landed myself in! Why did I decide to come in early of all days today? She scolded herself, her big brown eyes behind her fake hornrimmed glasses glancing up at the clock that hung on the wall:

9:32 PM

She had been trapped within the Academy's walls for the last 14 or so hours! Evie was hungry, tired and anxious! She had been grading papers in the lounge when she heard the gunshots and screams outside around this time this morning. Looking out the window at the grey and overcast sky, she had seen a massive slimy salamander like creature eat one of her co-workers- a young red head whose name escaped her, she watched as it flipped a God damn police car over! After seeing that she knew well to stay put! There were also the ghouls, the former humans now zombies who ate a few of her other coworkers outside the glass double doors leading inside. She had stayed put on the second floor, even after the charming Dr. Taylor had left! God, had she went along with him she'd not be trapped here! Now, she had no choice in her eyes but to stay till the morning! It was that, or potentially brave the streets of Raccoon undoubtedly plagued by a number of those monsters and ghouls! I'd rather confront them in the light if I must, I'm no match though with my bare hands alone! She thought dishearteningly. There had been odd things since the morning hours though. Someone with a gun somehow made it to the roof of the Academy it seemed, as she could still hear the errant gunshot echoing around the building. She had no idea who that could be, but it wasn't safe to check such things out given the circumstances. The phones hadn't worked all day either, so she couldn't call for help either.

The booming sounds from above started up again, following a louder rumbling explosion somewhere close by! "Jesus H. Christ!!" Spat Evie who dropped her shoes! She went to collect them when she noticed a pair of legs...! "AHH!" She cried out, raising her white pumps to use them as makeshift weapons when she noticed the face of one of the elder students! She stopped herself from smacking the Asian teenager, and lowered her arms. "...Wait, Ms. Nakano was it? What the Hell are you doing here? Don't tell me you've been stuck here all bloody day!" She exclaimed, her wide brown eyes wavered at the sight of another, seemingly healthy survivor! At least I'm not alone in this God awful place! She thought, and slipped the white pumps back onto her bare feet, looking the young girl over. The only reason she could recall the young woman's name at all was she was one of her first students eight years ago when she started teaching here. "You're not hurt, are you?" She asked, her hands on the young girl's shoulders, looking over her swiftly for any signs of injury.

Terra let out a cry of surprise herself after Miss Evelyn bumped into her! The woman had held up her high heels threateningly, so she had covered her face with her forearms till she heard her former teacher's shocked voice. She lowered her hands, blinking at the woman. "I'm fine, Ms. Graves." She replied, looking the teacher over in turn. She didn't seem to be battle worn or injured herself, so she must have not ventured too far out of the Academy grounds herself she wagered. "Consider it fortune or misfortune, but I've been stuck here since the early morning hours as well. Are you the only teacher left in the building? What is going on out there?" She asked in turn.

"That's good to see..." she replied back in a more hushed tone. "Dr. Taylor was the only one I seen among the living, but he up and vanished around noon. I'm not sure, but we're both still sane and alive yet. I suggest we find ourselves somewhere to lay low in quiet in case whoever is shooting upstairs is not friendly." Eve suggested, before glancing over to the broom closet behind Ms. Nakano and rummaged inside. She produced a mop, but broke the head off to use as a makeshift spear.
