Kendo Gunshop & Shooting Range

The second of Joe & Robert Kendo's gunshop in Raccoon City. Located on the first floor on the Eastern side of the mall, the shop contains a wide selection of firearms for hunters, enthusiasts and law enforcement alike. Law Enforcement equipment is also for sale to police officers with providing their badge number and department. Ammunition can be purchased as well, but weapons have a short waiting period and are delivered to the listed address. Weapons can also be tested in the shooting range which is in the basement of the shop.

The current state of the gunshop is that it is locked up tight. Joe Kendo made sure the shop could not be broken into and as part of the agreement for his store to be in this mall, only the Mall's Manager and Kendo Gunshop staff would have keys to access the shop and range. A state of the art shutter system is used, completely turning the shop into a steel box. Access is not even allowed to Janitorial staff, and such duties fall upon the staff during operating hours. Even vents into the room have been modified to protect the custom guns and merchandise from potential thieves and leaving very little in the way of an inside job occuring. Access to the shop via the first basement level is also impossible as none of the basement rooms are adjacent or connect to the shooting range for safety reasons as well as to eliminate other entries into the shop given the level of expense Joe and Rob go through to make their custom works weaponry. The Kendo brothers also have spare keys, as per the contract and also oversee deliveries to and from the mall via Jack Cavanaugh, one of their trusted employees.

Unfortunately, the mall's only spare key has gone missing since the start of the outbreak on the 24th of September, 1998...
