Background & Other Details:
A longslide 9mm handgun developed by Kendo Gunshop, the Government 19 is essentially a hybrid of a model 1911 and a Beretta 92 handgun. Its primarily utilized as a sidearm by members of the Arklay County Sheriff's Department, Forest Rangers, and is also a 9x19mm option for Douglas Prison. So impressed with the firearm, a local military base issued it to its Military Police since it could also utilize the standard M9 magazine the US military uses in their Beretta M9's. Like the Beretta, it has an exposed barrel with a slide cut-out and a Beretta 92 style ejector and firing pin. The weapon has the interior of a Beretta M9/M92F with the exterior of a classic 1911 handgun.
