It had been a few minutes, flying past the park, hospital, the big impound lot up in the industrial district, and now into the woodlands near multiple forest dirt paths that lead up to the main road or the Mendez River docks, not that she'd seen them personally.

"Okay, we're almost there! How are your ears, Zoe?" She asked the woman in the passenger seat.

Cu had been sprinting in the woods for a while now, and finally made it towards the outskirts of the city. It could smell the blood, the carnage, the chaos brewing within the city currently, and it got excited- thrilled for the hunt! That was-

VROOOOM!

-till the 4x4 slammed into its hind quarters, making it let out a demonic 'yelp' before making the large, elephant sized beast buckle and roll into the woods towards the right of the road! It hit the ground with a heavy thud, and lay there motionless...

Jack drove from the Old Logging Trail road and into the Industrial District of Raccoon City in the far northern tip of the city's limits. Now they were down Lynn Valley, and he noticed a vehicle in the distance. He didn't say anything at first, but began to slow the vehicle as they made their approach.

She pointed at the flash of large white muscle in front of them! "-BEECK!!!!" She shrieked!

Rebecka turned her head back to the abandoned road- to only see a large mass of white cross the road! She wasn't sure what it was, but it didn't matter as she was applying the breaks- only a little too late!

The 4x4 screeched upon hitting the thing, whatever it was took off or flung into the woods- the size and solidness of its form was enough to crack the windshield! "Shit!! What the fuck was-- oh fuck!" She spat, as the vehicle's engine whined and the vehicle was coming to an abrupt crawl! "Fuck! FUCK!! We were so close!!" She spat, slamming on the horn!

BEEP!

She could see and smell smoke coming from the engine, the woman growling as she set the Jeep to park and grabbed the handgun. "Stay in here, Zoe." she commanded, grabbing the security flashlight she used from the glovebox before exiting the vehicle and coming around the front. She scanned the treeline for whatever they hit... and whatever it was, it was big and sturdy enough to make their Jeep fold up like an accordion! "FUCK!" She spat, shaking her head. She couldn't even pry the hood open, the front end was so smashed in! "Fucking hell! Z-Zoey, we, we can't drive anymore! The fucking thing's totaled!" She screamed furiously.

She looked about, shaking her head, palming her face.



It won't be an easy trek, but if we follow this road up to the Old Logging Road, we'll be able to hit straight up to the Stoneville Road. She thought to herself when she saw lights through her closed eyelids.

Amanda looked over to Jack as they began to slow down. "Are we stopping to pick up those two?" She asked, hesitantly. "I mean, what if... they, you know... what if they're cannibals?" She asked, just feeling a little paranoid.

"Valid point, but... you haven't tried to go for my neck like Cracker Barrel yet, so I wanna say that they're probably the same as us." he explained, as he pulled to the side, and rolled down the window. "You ladies look like you need a lift. Trust us, you do NOT wanna be out in the woods without a tank or something, there's like, giant dinosaur things out here." He explained.

From the sound of things... Kendo was right about the people eating each other thing, which now made sense. He also knew other monsters existed aside from the dino crisis motherfucker they ran into. "I've seen Night of the Living Dead, played House of the Dead, I know what a zombie is." he clarified to Rebecka before turning to Zoe. "I'm heading to the University, so a couple of ladies who know their way around should be helpful. Both Amanda here and I have people we're looking for in the University, so I'd be grateful for your assistance." He explained, realizing this was the least awkward conversation he's had with pretty women before in his life. It was weird, but he supposed his shy behavior toned itself down given the situation at hand- no one was going to hook up during a freaking zombie, dinosaur, bat-monster apocalypse! Instead it was more like him just... providing a service to the community. He always wanted to help people out in some way or fashion, like how his bud Elliot did with the RPD and through his veterinarian work. Now... he was getting that opportunity truly.

DO you really wanna find out what else may be lurking out here with that tiny .380 as your only offensive option? No car for protection?" He paused, glancing over to their 4x4. She explained, before turning to Rebecka, leaning between Amanda and the driver, looking out the door at the bodacious shorty. "C'mon shortstack, just get in the damn truck already! I'll even let you sit behind this guy, he's kinda cute!" she teased.

Rebecka was silent at first, turning to Zoe who decided to go with them. Still... she wasn't wrong. She didn't want to be out here either, and unlike last time she was at least armed with a weapon than running naked for dear life. "...shut it muscle head," she sighed, flustered. He is kinda cute... sorta my type, but the rambo thing's throwing me in for a loop. She thought before heading to the jeep. "Give me five seconds!" She says, not looking back, swishing her hips playfully as she reached in and grabbed her extra box of ammo and magazines for the .380 in her possession. She paused, turning back and looking into the woods. She thought she heard something moving... and it probably was. Fuck this bravado bull shit! Becca quickly sprinted to the truck, sliding in behind the driver. "Thanks. So. You got a name 'Cutie'?" she half teased in a slightly mocking tone, her lidded eyes directed at Zoey however.

Looking ahead of him again, flustered he shook his head. "Wow, thats the second time someone's asked me that. Like I said, I haven't a clue." he replied, somewhat astonished he was even asked that again. Do I extrude some sort of vibe that I have an idea what the fuck's going on? Shit, if I did, I'd actually talk about it. No sense on theorizing without any facts, especially if I grow strongly opinionated on them... If I'm wrong, it would do us more harm than good. He kept that to himself, and cleared his throat as his mind went back to the large-

Amanda simply remained quiet and observed the show. She shook her head with a small smile as the charade continued in the cabin of the truck. I'm amazed at how desperate those two are sounding... no offense to Jack, but he seems like he's not exactly the Casanova type. He's new to this, gotta shy, awkward side to him.
