A long street adjacent to Park Street near the Raccoon City Hospital and Victory Park (Raccoon City Park). MacLeed's Gun Shop is on this street, and it crosses through Wallace Street east of the Raccoon City Clock Tower.

Rebecka's vision was slightly impaired by the blood splatter and spider webbing from the crows that cracked the glass, but she continued to drive up into Clemen's street regardless! "Those guys nearly killed us!" She screamed, activating the windshield wipers, but only managed to spread the blood as they continued up the road...

"Zoe," she began, softly. "I know you can't really hear me right now, but... we gotta stick together and make it to the Stoneville Road, and get the hell out of this place." She turned to Zoe. "That ambulance we nearly ran into? I'm sure they saw her, picked her up. No flashers, no red and blues. They didn't even look like EMTs in there." She continued, driving slowly past the Gunshop, which... looked fortified to the teeth. She glanced back to Zoe. "We're not any help, we just need to keep driving till we're safe, while we still can flee." she says and brought her attention back to the road ahead of them. It didn't sit well with her either, but... she had to do what was necessary to survive- to keep them both alive now.
