An attractive woman who is the Hospital Administrator of Raccoon General Hospital and works closely with the Mayor’s office on urban development. According to her, she was once a member of the special forces hence her tattoo on her bicep, but she doesn’t open up about her past, choosing to instead playfully dodge the subject if it is ever brought up. Her twin brother is Robert Taylor, a local teacher.
When the outbreak started, she was at the Clocktower, not fond of football, and waited for the Mayor’s entourage to show up for the after party. She encountered the infected, and began to defend herself with her personal firearm. She was eventually driven out to the nearby park and lake, where she encountered the amnesiac naked man ‘Edward Holden’, and was rescued by him after being devoured whole by an escaped MA124 Gamma Hunter. Since he had no recollection of his name, she decided to name him after a nearby side street, “Edgar Drive”, calling him Edgar or Ed for short, and starts giving him the lay down of the city’s events.
