History:
A very alluring young maiden who works out of 'New Bolivia' an adult resort with a 'western' theme on Laguna Del Sol, at the 'Wild Bunch Brunch' Cafe. She is a very sexy, dexterous gal, who had brought in all sorts of customers with her beauty as well as her grace with customers. She is a highly intelligent, resourceful woman who once attended Boston University when she was living with a foster family in Massachusetts. Her mother was South African, and had been intimate with a mercenary. Said mercenary father, never returned, and she was born and her mother was forced to give her up. She ended up in America thanks to Red Cross and other organizations, but still keeps in touch with her estranged mother. She's never met her father, and doesn't ever want to know the man who drove her mother to such extremes...

As mentioned, she works on Sirocco Island, as an 'entertainer' of sorts in 'New Bolivia' section of the themed resorts in Laguna Del Sol, having moved into the Sanctum Elysium Archipelago to get away from the norm, and strike the heart of 'adventure'. She's a rather popular woman there, going by the stagename 'Vee', working as a waitress, entertainer and for the right price you can even spend an evening and a private show~

In spite of the 'working conditions' she doesn't mind living in the coastal islands... that was, till the outbreak occurred! During the outbreak, she and a bunch of other coworkers and survivors took refuge inside the resorts mass of tunnels and maintenance zones, used in the event of bombing which is a real threat in these waters thanks to a civil war between the islands in the area! There, Jessie, very technical minded and handy, modified her Ruger Blackhawks to fire live munition rather than blanks, and can chamber them for real .45 Auto/ACP rounds! She also armed herself with a bullwhip and a large bore, double rifle chambered for .700 Nitro she had found in one of her supervisor's offices. She leads a small group of survivors around 'Wild Bunch Brunch' after her aforementioned supervisors were eaten by monsters and zombies...
