Storm Water and Sewer Line Outlet to Circular River

Skye had been weaving herself back and forth in the waters of Raccoon City for a while now. Many of the mutants and other aquatic life became more scarce the closer she got to them. So she was merely sniffing the water and air scents to determine what was happening, tearing her mind between transforming to an air breathing land walker form again, or remaining in her home environment where she was most comfortable. She wanted to search for Hina Pup some more, but she was also aware that she was not ready for proper combat on legs. The heavy weighty prey in her lower intestines managed to make her fall asleep. Easy prey if there were any predators around large and powerful enough to take her in such a state.

Speaking of LOTUS, Skye was just about done with her, so with a few flicks of her tail, she disposed of what remained of her meal in a cloud of debris. Now, she knew her hunger would only be abated for so long before she was drawn to food again, considering her powers consumed so much of her energy...

A sudden jolt in the water got Skye's attention. A massive electrical discharge struck the water, inside the storm water outlet.

Curiosity got the better over Skye's repulsion at the filthy smell of the water coming from within those tunnels, and so, slowly, she eased the bulk of her body into the comparatively narrow tunnels, following her EM senses, she went deeper into the labyrinthine maze of interconnected tunnels beneath Raccoon City.
