History:  Born in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, Roman Kenneth DeLuka is and is not a Cajun.  Often he’ll slip into a slight Cahun accent, but much like his brother he generally has an accent that doesn’t speak to his place of birth.

His father was a rough man…





A decorated sheriff, with thirty years on the force, which probably explains his brother Mario’s behavior and lifestyle.  While his mother left her previous life, kids, and family behind to be with the hardass Cajun cop from the Bayou.

His half brother Mario DeLuka, is a known trouble maker and drug dealer in Racoon City, though somehow Mr. DeLuka still has no idea that his eldest son is such a lowlife.  And Mrs. DeLuka doesn't want to think about Racoon City and what she left behind if she can help it.

But family and the Creole lifestyle aside; young Roman was a sharp minded individual who followed an accelerated path through school graduating at the age of 13.   His pursuits in extracurricular activities lead him to Paris, France where he studied at Le Cordon Bleu, mastering the art of cooking, and simultaneously the Martial Arts of Pencak Silat from a fellow student of Le Cordon Bleu, Bethel Pintubatu.  Though some believe that the two were involved in a very inappropriate relationship at the same time.  All the while making money for to pay his way through  both his cooking and street racing motorcycles.

After six years aboard mastering his chosen crafts he has returned to the states to seek out his elder siblings, on his mother’s side.  Perhaps in hopes of meeting siblings who aren’t assholes.
