An 'L' shaped hallway with rows of windows leading from the 1st Floor Waiting Room and leads to the Winding Corridor. To the first right is a hall that leads to the bathrooms for public use. Upon turning the full right corner, past a fuse box for the windows shutter control, is the rest of the narrow hall leading to the Winding Corridor. On the right of this path is a door with the etching of a Spade upon it surface is the entrance to the Materials/File Storage Room.
