A modest two story building next to Kendo's place and a small apartment, with the RPD's Youth Center in the back, and the RPD building situated irritatingly enough across the street. Irritating for the RPD staff who have to look at the smug bastard who defends lowlife scum and makes a habit of rubbing it in under their noses when he wins. He does help out however, with the RPD Youth Center which operates in the backyard, and even helped pay for the basketball court where his personal dumpster and parking spot once was, opting to park on Central instead, to tease the RPD.
