Parkinglot and Helipad

RAVEN had arrived at target point ALPHA, The Arklay Mountains Sheriff station was the most well equipped law enforcement unit in the county outside of special units within Raccoon itself, and certainly within the quarantine zone, as there was no Military or National Guard bases here. That made the agent's job all the easier. With the communications blackout and power barely still working, RAVEN didn't believe he would have significant issue destroying this station and eliminating the personnel inside, further isolating the Raccoon survivors and denying them significant firepower.

He hated this. He hated having to do this - but he had no choice. With a grim cold face beneath the helmet's viewplate, he planted a brick on the throttle of the rigged car, a Dodge Charger from the parking lot, then threw the vehicle from neutral into drive, sending the car into the front lobby of the station like a missile.

The car careened through the glass and wood, before crashing into the plaster, masonry and hardwood structures inside, causing the car to come to a halt.

With a burst of fire from his modified P90 in his left hand, he blew the power line connecting the station to the overhead power pole, sending the wire sparking to the dirt road. He then raised the large rail rifle in his right hand, firing a burst of power from the electrified rails into the car he had crashed through the front entry, causing the vehicle to explode in a fireball as the power of the railgun easily ruptured the car's fuel tank.

With power out, and the main exit aflame, RAVEN stepped through the burning entryway, his armored suit protecting him from the blaze.

Sarah's Ford Explorer kicks up mud, sliding to a halt. Sarah's face is one of shock, the flames reflecting off her vehicle. The station was engulfed in flames! The entrance blocked by an old sports car. "What the fuck?!" She screamed, hearing gun shots, other explosions within the station. She glanced over to her glove box, feeling naked and scared with just her standard issue glock, she pulls the medium sized case from the glovebox and undid the latches. She pulled out the Grizzly Mk V, a large 1911 style magnum handgun chambered in .50 AE, with a seven round magazine. She pulled a few clips from the case, slipped them into her utility vest and stepped out into the pouring rain. Holy fuck... who did this? What are they shooting at that requires so many bullets?! She asked herself, her big gun in both hands, barrel down, safety flicked off. She approached, gulping. "Hello?! Stacy? Drew? Paul?" She called, out, before trying her radio again, but to no avail. She couldn't see a way into the building with the flames as high as they were, where the fuck was the fire department? The city could have seen this fire from here!

With that in mind, he heaved two manual CO2 Foam fire extinguishers from the wall and tossed them into the flames, before shooting them with his P90, which caused the extinguishers to burst and shower their entire payload over the flames at the entrance.

The armored warrior then activated his stealth cloak, and exited the building.

Raven's cloaked form exited the building in a cloud of carbon powder that had erupted from the flames only a moment prior. He did not pay the new arrival any heed, he had set his gambit in motion now, another body would not do him any good. He walked down the road calmly so that his jetpack would not alert the woman as he departed unseen and unheard.

A transmission was being patched through to the RAVEN from an Umbrella Weapon's Specialist, Irving. When RAVEN didn't immediately answer, the call was self activated. "Sorry big guy, since you didn't set up a voice mail I figured I'd just bypass some protocols. Nothin' too bad." came the weaselly voice of the specialist. He was an... odd fellow. He worked for the weapons division for Umbrella, but worked specifically on the technology utilized by all Umbrella Security Service members, and gave extra perks to the ones the company likes and more importantly, he liked. Some found him a bit... obsessive. He as a mechanical craftsman, a wizard of weapons. "But to the point. Come to these coordinates in the Arklay woods, you're not too far from me actually. Higher ups want me to work on Overwatch's weapons and gear in the field, but... I'm kinda in a bind." With that, the sound of gunfire between the radio channel and the open air. "Wasn't much a fan of dogs, but they sure do love me somethin' fierce!" More gunshots, followed by some squealing. "Could use an assist?"

When RAVEN had gotten far enough clear, he stopped, crouched down, and activated his comms again.

"Irving? Why are you out in the field?" Victor queried. "Raccoon City is designated for Code XX. I'm surprised that the higher ups would let you into the quarantine zone. Hope you're still in your own MOC, it's crawling with the infected out here."

RAVEN then examined the coordinates Irving had sent him. He was further off the beaten trail, somewhere in the woodlands moving towards the mountain trail.

"I'll be there momentarily." he said, even as he altered direction, and activated his jetpack, launching himself away from the city, and towards the deeper woodlands.

RAVEN then examined the coordinates Irving had sent him. He was further off the beaten trail, somewhere in the woodlands moving towards the mountain trail.

"I'll be there momentarily." he said, even as he altered direction, and activated his jetpack, launching himself away from the city, and towards the deeper woodlands.

"I'll explain when you get these rabies ridden flea bags off my case! Come on, actually shoot the fuckers!!" He exclaimed, the last bit to seemingly someone else.

More gunshots echoed.
