History:
The "Death Rattler" was the precursor to "Jafar" and spun off from the same predecessor of the giant adder "Yawn". It was a freak mutation that potentially yielded profitable results but was eventually deemed too unpredictable. It lacks the powerful venom of its brethren as well as their raw muscle power but retains their same preference for whole, live female prey. Whether this is by habit or genetic memory is unknown at this time......

Versatile Rattle: The Death Rattler is so named for the rattle at the end of its tail that posssesses a plethora of abilities. Considering it lacks the venom and brute strength of the other snakes, it makes up for this weakness with more esoteric abilities. The rattle is capable of releasing a pheromone that dazes and debilitates human females, potentially other female BOWs as well, causing them to seek out the source of the pheromones and become easy meals.

By prepping its rattle and slamming it against the ground, it is also able to unleash a sonic wave that can render less intelligent BOWs berserk, causing them to lash out at the first thing they see while ignoring the Death Rattler.

Constrict: Though not as strong as the other snakes, its sheer size is still easily capable of crushing smaller prey and incapactiating them.

Resilient Scales: It can resist most forms of small arms fire due to its large, thick scales.

Swallow Whole: Its large size enables it to swallow prey whole while using its fangs to knead its prey through its throat.

Weak Metabolism: Death Rattler's digestive system is very weak in comparison to other BOWs with digestion taking several hours at the very least. Its stomach acid is potent enough to melt away most clothing, but flesh and bone take far longer. Its stomach seems to be larger than usual to compensate, allowing it to hold half a dozen adult females should it enter a feeding frenzy. This mutation caused it to be conceived as a retrieval unit that inevitably failed due to an inability to control the specimen...
