History:
“Jafar” was the playful name given to this mutated Asian/Indian Cobra that resulted from the same experiment that resulted in the giant adder “Yawn”. The giant cobra is one of the experimental BOWs that were made to merely test the mutations of reptiles exposed by the T-Virus. Unlike the Yawn, this variant has a less lethal venom, which paralyzes the nerves of the afflicted, allowing it to swallow them whole. The scientist in question who created this specimen, a Dr. Genova, solely fed it female condemned corporate enemies of Umbrella which gave it a preference for female prey…
Misc.-
Skills:
Envenomate: It produces a powerful post-synaptic neurotoxin that causes paralysis within 15 minutes to 2 hours of a bite. Given the size of the snake now and from its mutations, the poison is not as lethal but will immobilize afflicted and in some cases cause paralysis to the heart. The effect can either go away over time, kill its host, or be removed with local blue herbs.
Constrict: It will wrap its body tightly around prey, crushing it with its powerful muscles and scaly body.
Resilient Scales: It can resist most forms of small arms fire due to its large, thick scales.
Swallow Whole: given its size change, it no longer has a taste for mice… it will use its fangs to pull its prey into its throat.
