An elevator passage that leads to Basement Four of the Admin Building of Raccoon University. It was once a shortcut to Dr. James Issac Ferral's Laboratory when he was assigned the lab in 1960. By the 1970's his lab was moved towards the Abandoned Hospital in North East Raccoon. Now the Laboratory stands derelict, used by perhaps Dr. Greg Muller and Dr. Jenkins. There is a door that leads to the Access Waterway.
