History:
A budding photographer and photojournalist in the making, Shane Murphy plans to eventually leave Raccoon City and make it big in New York City or Chicago. Currently however, he works as a small time, freelance photographer for 'Weird Raccoon' an Enquirer-esque publication local to Raccoon City, part time at Raccoon Cinema as a ticket seller and when he's short on cash, makes fake ID's. He is really great at graphic design, and puts a lot of effort into his work. He was interested in the current events surrounding Raccoon in May, with the Cannibal Murders, and took note of the more 'paranormal' reports flooding through the local media of that time. Sightings of the 'Victoria Lake' Sea Monster 'Vicki', infrasound from the Arklay Mountains, sightings of the 'Rake' and creatures found with their blood drained from their flesh- that sort of thing. Then, bizarrely, an Umbrella retreat explodes out of the blue, and it was situated smack dab in the middle of the information crossroads. He started losing sleep over it, and eventually stopped looking into it, putting all the odd info he had onto the net for the conspiracy theorists to pick apart.
