B2 Water & Waste Management Room

A large room in the second basement of the Raccoon City Mega Mall that contains water pumps and waste pumps providing water throughout the building as well as where waste is sent into the sewer beneath the feet of anyone standing in this room. The fountain controls are accessed here as well, from activation, deactivation, drain and fill. Change or other small items that were drained out of the fountains pipes are collected in a filter here also.
