History:
An Irishwoman who lives under Rufus Devlin Harris Jr.'s roof in his secluded manor just outside of town. Locally, many believe she is a mistress or some form of close connection as she's rarely seen without one of his other local associates tagging along with him but officially is an escort/exotic dancer for one of the strip clubs in the city. She is in truth a former Irish terrorist and deadly saboteur and assassin who was supposedly killed in a raid several years prior, even despised by the group she was formerly a part of. However, this raid was more of a smokescreen that allowed her a new life in 'small town USA', under the protection and employ of her benefactor, Arklay County District Attorney and Raccoon City Deputy Mayor, Rufus Devlin Harris Jr..
