Body/Physical Appearance: The appearance is that of a muscular amphibious man who stands well over 9 feet tall, with two pairs of arms with large webbed fingers and muscular legs with webbed toes. He has some reptilian aspects as well, with spikes running down the length of his back from his forehead, and conical reptilian like teeth that jut out from his massive maw. He has large, yellow reptilian like eyes with odd 'x' shaped irises, black human like finger and toe nails, and has smooth, green skin across his entire body with black spotty warts growing out of his shoulders and back.

The tattered remains of a khaki shirt wraps around his muscular upper body, and his brown pants are now effectively a skirt/pair of shorts around his lower waist and hips.

History:
'Oscar' is a horribly mutated creature with the capacity to speak, albeit crudely and gutturally. He has no recollection of himself before he was... this creature he has become. His only clue is a partial ID tag pinned to his chest which reads as 'Oscar' and believes that he must be this 'Oscar'. Some odd science project has turned him into this hate filled B.O.W., as he lashes out at those around him in a mix of jealous fueled rage and uncontrollable hunger!

Skills:
-Reading and Speech: He is intelligent enough to read and speak to others, but he can no longer write due to his mutated state.
-Enhanced Senses: His heightened senses are enhanced to that of a predatory animals, allowing him superior scent tracking abilities as well as hearing and sight.
-Crushing Power: Oscar can easily crush human bones with just one of his four hands and his massive frog-like feet.
-Leaping: He can leap and jump with superhuman levels of height, his body able to absorb the shock of landing as well.
-Clingy: He can cling to surfaces and walls like a gecko.
-Speedy Swimming: Like the creature from the Black Lagoon, he can outswim humans and some other B.O.W.s with ease given his extra limbs and long, powerful, flipper like feet.
-Expanding Jaw and Stomach: He can engulf a human easily with his expanding jaws, with a lethal bite to boot given his long, conical teeth. Even so, he can swallow a human of average height with ease, storing them in his expanding paunch like Gamma Hunters are able to.
-Lashing Tongue: His tongue can extend out to 18 feet, and is prehensile and capable of being dragged back into his mouth.
