History:
One of the 'rookie' police officers that were due to arrive in the weeks that followed the disbanding of the Raccoon City Police Department's 'Special Tactics and Rescue Service' (STARS). Lenne Bishop is a well traveled, bright and promising police woman who hails from Philly originally. She was working out of the PPD's garage when a request for her to be transferred to Raccoon's Police Department was made by Chief Irons, and by late August she arrived and was working under the SWAT Delta Team, lead by Lieutenant Handy and Sargent Winters.

Though not the greatest combatant, she makes up for it in her practical skills and being a mechanical wizard. Before she decided she wanted to be a police woman, she was working in her uncle's garage and getting her engineering degree at M.I.T.. She has a cheery, eager to please attitude within the group, and is generally well liked among her peers and superiors.

During the outbreak's chaotic introduction, much of the police force scrambled to pick up the pieces and the rookie Lenne was no exception. Unable to get to all of her SWAT gear in time, she had to make due with what she could find and equip what was readily available to officers given the power outage locking down the police armory. At the current, she's trying to aid in Operation Mop Up to the best of her abilities.

Skills:

Firearms handling (SWAT/Paramilitary): She's got specialized paramilitary training with Special Weapons and Tactics, familiar with some military firearms as well as standard police and civilian weaponry.

Police Field Mechanic: She is one of the SWAT Mechanics and is able to repair vehicles such as the SWAT Vans, the standard patrol vehicles as well as helicopters used by the RPD. She can even work on some repairs in the field during action.

Marksmanship: She has decent marksmanship, passable to be qualified for SWAT.
