History:
An intelligent and outgoing college student, Kiko Vellers is the younger sister of a Senior Umbrella Representative, Elena Vellers:



Like her sister, she is beautiful as she is ambitious, but maybe not as ambitious as Elena, Kiko strives to at least excel in everything she does, from sports like swimming and volleyball to her academics. Unlike Elena, Kiko wishes to become one of Umbrella's researchers who develop pharmaceuticals and medicines rather than take charge of business plans and operations of that likeness. Given the Vellers are rather 'high status' within Umbrella's echelon, they were trained to defend themselves in the event of corporate terrorism and kidnapping which is a serious issue once addressed to the public, resulting in the creation of one of Umbrella's 'public' private security forces ultimately. Even the Special Tactics and Rescue Service (S.T.A.R.S.) served this role, and was backed and funded by Umbrella since '96.
