History:

The Chief Bartender at Brett's strip club (will put down name when I find out what its called lol), as well as a bouncer for the establishment. Not a native to Raccoon City, Evan MacKinnon originates from New York City, and prior to showing up as a biker punk and getting his ass handed to him by Brett, he was a former Airborne Ranger in the military. He's somewhat an enigma, keeping to himself. Although he looks rough and behaves violently, he is rather loyal to Brett and the girls under his employ.


The story goes, he road into Raccoon City with a gang of bikers he fell in with after he discharged from the military. He was extremely violent and aggressive during this time, (which is now only seen when handsy ass wipes fuck with the club's girls or if he hears rude talk about the girls from oafish customers), and when he heard some of the boys got their teeth kicked in at the strip club by its owner, went to challenge and potentially kill its owner. Well, not much can be said that night, save that Evan woke up in Raccoon General, lucky to still have all of his teeth because his face was pulped. Instead of feeling vengeful, he felt oddly calm. He later stopped by the club, and met with Brett, the owner, who only suffered a black eye and begged him to let him make it up to him, the girls and the club. He learned how to bust tables and mix drinks on his own, and acted as the clubs 'other' bouncer when shit got heavy.

-C.Q.C. Training: He's highly skilled in close quarters combat training, making use of hand to hand disarming techniques as well as throws and using weapons like a knife. Even though he was Special Forces trained, Brett still kicked his ass!
