History:


Theo 'Ted' Everett is a young policeman working for the Raccoon City Police Department in Raccoon City, Illinois. Ted is a junior detective, serving under more senior detectives like Michael Brennan and Vincent Springfield. Ted works Homicide, under either Michael or Vince, and Fraud (depending on the case load, he also performed generic follow up and police detective work as well...).  


Prior to becoming a policeman, Ted had joined the Air Force as a fighter pilot. He dropped out after serving 5 years, due to a lack of interest. Upon returning home he applied to the Raccoon PD and after being a beat cop for a shorter while, he was pulled in as a plainclothes detective by Michael Brennan's advisement and Vince Springfield's recommendation due to his keen observational skills and remarkable intuition.



Back in May, like many of the Detec's, Ted was pulled into working the "Cannibal Murders", having to shelve some files pertaining to old scandals the Chief was involved in some years back...

Misc.-
-He gets pissed off when coworkers (especially the guys) call him 'Teddy'
-He prefer's Ted to Theo, which in itself is short for Theodore.
-He apparently has some German members of the family who work on Umbrella's Sheena Island, knowing vaguely about the place as being an Umbrella Inc. 'Worker village' or something like that- being everyone who lives on the island works for Umbrella in some way or form.

Skills:

Firearms Training: He's capable of utilizing and handling a number of firearms thanks to both his time as a soldier and presently as a member of the RPD. He can utilize civilian, police and military weapons effectively.

Marksmanship: He's pretty accurate whilst shooting, an in the top 10 of the RPD's shooters, but no where close to Chris Redfield, Sgt. Ben Winters, or Lieutenant Damian Handy's track records.

Local Knowledge: He grew up here!

Aircraft Piloting: Though a bit rusty, he was trained on commercial and military aircraft. Aside from flying fighter planes, he can also fly Military Cargo, Helicopters and prop engine planes.

Keen Observational Skills: He is quite observant, and can quickly take in details and make mental notes on them without making himself look obvious doing so.

Rappelling and Climbing: Tied with his former military career training, as well as being a mountain climber enthusiast.

Hard-Headed: He's capable of taking an extensive beating, but still manage to keep himself from talking or from falling into despair, and his strong and bulky body allows him to take quite a lot of abuse before it quits out on him.
