History:
Cassandra Blackwood. A young woman who saw herself as something like a 'spiritualist', a wiccan and herbal healer in Raccoon City, and lived near Raccoon City Park. Otherwise, she is a librarian for Raccoon High School. Disillusioned by 'normalcy', Cass drove herself further into her own fantasies.

The outbreak of zombies and monsters have fanned the flames of her fantasies, as she believes she can cure this 'plague' by appeasing to the 'dark spirits of nature' and that a sacrifice must be presented to Victoria Lake, believing the unnatural phenomenon stems from 'Vickie the Lake Monster' which she believes is in truth an enraged, mistreated spirit.

Though attractive, she doesn't have many friends, and currently lives alone which has lead more to her own psyche becoming frayed. She was also close to becoming fired from Raccoon High, as she was told not to wear anything 'low cut' or revealing, but has continued to do so and has even acknowledged some of the Highschool students drawn to her... 'globes'.

She is also rather intimidating, standing at close to six foot, with a dominating personality, most who get to know her beyond a glance usually end up regretting it, save for a select few. When she isn't being threatened severance or outright being fired from the high school, she runs a business out of her home selling all sorts of things from 'crystals' to herbal remedies. Ironically, her herbal remedies have proven useful against the current horror's of Raccoon City, given they are made from local herbs. This however, only furthers her belief she is the 'one' destined to save this city...

In spite of her righteous attitude, Cass is targeting people at random, with a 'belief' inside her warped reality that those she choose to be sacrificed are necessary to appease the 'Spirit of the Lake' who she believes is unhappy for being constantly labelled as 'Vicki the Lakemonster'.

Even with her mind warped by her own delusions, she is a highly intelligent woman and can be quite charming as she is easy on the eyes. She is crafty, and is seemingly skilled with firearms, but prefers ones that aren't too noisy nor hurt when she fires them. She also fights with a chain and her dagger in her free hand, 'terminator' cycling the action of her lever-gun as she fights undead and civilians she's 'chosen' alike!
