Background & Other Details:
The M100-P is a blowback-operated semi-automatic rifle chambered in .22 LR, manufactured by Calico Light Weapons Systems in Elgin, Oregon, United States. It was originally designed and released in the 1980s to be of use to law enforcement and military markets due to its slim profile.

Possessing a unique 100-round helical-fed magazine mounted on top of the weapon, chambering the plinker .22 Long Rifle cartridge, the weapon was used at Umbrella's Military Training Facility for target shooting training that produced USS and UBCS recruits who: A.) Practice their marksmanship more effectively as well as longer, and B.) at the relatively cheap cost of .22 LR. The weapon, despite its high velocity and albeit anaemic 22 caliber, can fire relatively quickly, without too much worry for ear protection and holds more rounds than your typical handgun or carbine pistol as well as being relatively light weight and not too intense with recoil.
