Public Testing of Dice rolls (plus tutorial)

Come here and try the dice rolls if you want lol I'm going to make an impromptu 'guide' of how some of these work. I'll start with Accuracy

NOTE: This is still WIP, everything is subject to change.

Accuracy- 20 sided dice. Can roll with the number of times you attack in a post. There is a 'critical failure' and a 'critical hit'.

Critical Failure says 'Jam' but can be improvised to mean (if in melee), that you slip up.

Hit will mean your weapon connected, and you hit the target, but may have not necessarily killed them. A single 'hit' can be authorized to kill enemies depending on the person in charge of said enemies. Otherwise, it will instantly kill- Infected Rats, Bats, Birds, Zombies (npc's/mobs account).
It will also 'hit' objects in the environment from far away, instantly cause them to do as you want. (Ie: explosive barrel, transformer, mines, traps, etc).

Critical Hit will mean that your hit connected and you will deal massive damage, or outright kill lesser enemies such as Zombies, Infected Dogs, Lickers, Crimson Heads, (anything that was in 'hit' category).
If you were aiming for something in the environment, you will hit it and also break it (if it is not a breakable/explode-able object already).

None of this is rule of 'god' so, eh... we'll work it out together

Following are what every side of the dice looks like, and more info:

1= Jam; if you roll this with multiple dice rolls (aka multiple attacks) and for example if you decided to attack five times (5 Dice Rolls), and the outcome is 'Miss' 'Miss' 'Jam!' 'Critical Hit!' 'Critical Hit!' those two Crits will not count, and in your post you'll have to fix your gun, or fumble to some degree.
2= Miss
3= Miss
4= Miss
5= Miss
6= Miss
7= Miss
8= Miss
9= Miss
10= Hit; if you roll this, you'll hit the target, but you may not outright kill/destroy it (still working on this... playing around); (optional: when against other humans/non NPC accounts, being hit 5 times brings condition down by one)
11= Hit
12= Hit
13= Hit
14= Hit
15= Hit
16= Hit
17= Hit (may become crit...)
18= Hit (may become crit...)
19= Hit (may become crit...)
20= Crit; if you roll this, you'll not only hit your target, but cause great damage or even outright kill them (lesser enemies); (optional: when against other humans/non NPC accounts, being hit brings condition down by one, INSTANTLY)

We'll select 'Dice Roll WIP Testing' below the reply box and select 'Accuracy' and then change the '1' for dice rolls to '6' since he technically attacked with six shots. Lets see how this went for Cory? Hmm? (continued)

Well, in either case, he hit his target twice, well past killing the crow, missed on his third shot, then TURNED IT INTO RED MIST AND FEATHERS- before suffering a critical failure- a Jam. Perfect! Er, I mean, well shucks. That means, his following roll, (even if wasn't a miss) wouldn't have counted. This is how you would follow such a post, or if you were the monster, respond:

Now we'll use the BOW Encounter or Number of BOWs showing up (between 1 and 20).

We'll also combine dices. To Combine, hit the '+' symbol next to dice rolls. We'll add 'Accuracy' with a 20 roll (and show why we shouldn't really attack 20 times in a row), and I'll roll once with how many BOWs show up. This is getting 'exciting'.

and he'd be another step closer to DEATH... well, after like 20 additional 'regular hits'. If he was hit with a critical hit by a theoretical 13th bird (which he was NOT unfortunately) the damage would have been like:




So... Cory gets to lick his wounds... for now.

Lets see if we can have him find something of use while he's still accosted by 11 birds now! (I consider the ones 'crit fail' a instant death... it's the lucky one IRL..)

So, we'll now use 'Search Probability' Dice. We'll roll it twice- just to see what happens. Again, not set in stone- this one I hardly actually put thought into so... help me out xD (One is for Cory looking for a bandaid... the other is for the Crows- seeking him out.) 1= nothing/missed, 2-9 = you find 'something' useful, but not what your looking for (ammo/etc-we'll iron this one out), 10-19 (finds what he's looking for), 20- finds what he's looking for and then some!

okay lets not make real battles drag out like this xD but for curiosity sake, we'll pretend that... Cory is a player who hasn't interacted with any other player, and is thus not a dumbass like I make him out to be. Lets say he's "John Johnny Johnson" and he's all by himself since he decided to make a post on the other side of the forum no one frequents. He wants to play, but can't get a hold of anyone. Well, these dice allow you to sorta 'play with yourself' (giggity). This format allows you to make some creative computer generated (sorta) enemies to fight and fill up the gap till you run into someone (or... accidentally get killed by RNG gods... eh?) Anyway, enough stalling... lets see how this plays out with Cory and Killer Crow:

Okay... now lets try to sneak out. Using the Search Probability for this example for the time being (may make a sneaking dice... as far as I know I don't have a limit so eh? We'll see) dice roll once... 1 is instant failure, 2-9 is spotted (chase), 10-19 is success, 20 is you solid snaked it out of there Cory...
