Background & Other Details:

When the SWAT took over for STARS, Robert Kendo came up with a new design of sub machinegun to try and win the hearts over the MP5A3 series, with a number of customized sub machineguns based off an Uzi, and MAC hybrid. It utilized the wire stock of a MAC-11, but the weapon itself is a select fire, nearly full sized sub machinegun with a long barrel jacket to handle the increased rapid fire it now carried. It was still in testing phases, so only a number of them are around, with only a few at the R.P.D. and Arklay Sheriff's Department. However, a number of them were purchased by Douglas Prison Staff and some security firms in the area as well.
