Specifications:
Select fire, semi-auto to full automatic modes. Equipped STANDARD with an Aimpoint CompM2 style red dot sight, vertical foregrip, bipod, flash-hider, and adjustable sliding stock. Modified with a shorter barrel to be used in tight quarters based on specifics from USS operatives HUNK and RAVEN. Can be further modified with a 5.56 Silencer/Suppressor, side by side dual mag clip, a M203 Grenade Launcher.

Background & Other Details:

-Developed specifically for Umbrella Biohazard Countermeasure Service, U.B.C.S. for short. The U.B.C.S. are a mercenary PMC outfit that work as the company's in house solution to public threats, under the guise of a private security firm. They specialize in VIP rescue, protection, hostage rescue, and anti-guerilla and anti-terrorist tactics.

They are also, made up mostly of former criminals, guerilla fighters, leftover communist supporters, KGB, GRU, Spetznaz, and those who have seen war and bloodshed before, but for these shady individuals, the U.B.C.S. is their second chance at a life. The weapon here is the US Military's M4A1 modified based off data by the Umbrella Special Forces, the Umbrella Security Service. This 'Close Quarters Battle' variant of the M4 Carbine is smaller to be better handled in tight, urban environments and can make use against personnel and B.O.W. alike- not that most of the U.B.C.S. know about them.

The weapon is highly accurate, and can be used in mid and short ranged combat.

Given this weapon is specialized, only a handful of these weapons are in Raccoon City prior to the arrival of the U.B.C.S.- utilized by some Umbrella Security Staff, Umbrella Security Service, or people with connections to Umbrella or the U.B.C.S. unit.
