The Conference room corridor is a winding, narrow hallway that is entered from either the 'L' Shaped Corridor or West Stairway Hall. From the 'L' Shaped Corridor, people are presented with another long length of narrow hall that sharply turns right, which leads to both another long hall or the doorway to the Police Operations Room which is on the right, flagged by double doors. Past the Operations room, the hall again, sharply turns right, leading to a small alcove area with a door on the left leading into the West Stairway Hall.

The Operation room was originally where all Police Operations were voiced and directed by either one of the commanding officers of the Precinct (Chief Brian Irons, Captain Joseph Cahil, Captain David Ford, Lieutenant Marvin Branagh, Lieutenant Damian Handy, etc ranked officers), would go over police operations and hand out casework to the beat cops. Several desks and chairs line the room with a white board and a chalk board being used to display case notes of a given case. Various vending machines also line the room, and a door leading to a storage room and vacant office was at the far back.

During the Raccoon City incident, the remaining R.P.D. officers used the operations room to take shelter and come up with an effective plan to prevent zombies from entering the building as well as discussing how to escape the precinct if it was overun. It was later abandoned when the officers could no longer keep the zombies out of the northwest corridor.

The back room has various items like folding chairs and other office equipment, and an old desk used by one of the former police chiefs. A fireplace is at the center of this back room, with an eerie painting that Chief Irons had fawned over recently placed above the working fireplace.
