Samantha Elise Ravenbrooke, aka 'Sapphire' is a local and resident of Raccoon City University and part of the 'Goth/Punk' scene, and generally answers to her personal nickname 'Sapphire'. Studying to become a veterinarian, she stuck around Raccoon after graduating Ivy Highschool and attended Raccoon Uni. She works at the mall, and as a receptionist for a knickknack and antique appraisal shop as well as the local Hot Topic. She's a bit of a troublemaker, carrying lockpicks to sneak into places, as well as smoking pot on shift now and then. She's been like this since she graduated highschool, her father passing away at the time.
