She wears a black tanktop underneath and white lace bra and thong. This is accompanied with black trousers and black patrol boots. She wears the standard police belt around her waist with sidepacks attached and a holster for her Browning HP. Two magazine pouches are attached to the belt as well, as are her mag light, baton, and radio. A handset is holstered on her right shoulder to the belt. She wears black leather fingerless gloves as well. She also wears an RPD riot vest.

History:
A Japanese-American woman who lives in Raccoon City, and is a dispatcher and SWAT team police officer for the Raccoon City P.D.. She's skilled with radio technology and computers, earning her the nickname of 'Operator' when working alongside the SWAT. Her familiarity with paramilitary and military radio technology is what will eventually allow the RPD to operate their radios again, alongside the aid of former Deputy Pembroke at the Raccoon University Campus, who are able to establish a local area network of sorts, allowing those with radios to be able to receive and relay information with one another, but unable to reach outside the city. As a person, she has a bland, tired personality and always looks angry given her work environment and the Chief of Police, but drinks and gets along with fellow SWAT members Shane, Andre, Lt. Handy, Sgt. Winters and Cpt. Cahill after hours. She's also friendly with fellow officers Alison Marks and Samantha Kamura as well. One of her team members, Carl 'Hillbilly' McInis, has a major crush on her but she always denies his affections coldly. This has earned her another nickname- Ice Queen.

Unbeknownst to her comrades, she has a crush on the slightly younger Officer Elliot Craig from the K9 Unit, blushing only just slightly when she's around him during training as the K9 unit are a supplementary unit to the SWAT.
