History:
Ben Spent most of his childhood in England he lived with his Mother most of the time but had frequent visits to Raccoon City to spend time with his Father who was a police officer with the RPD during his visits to Raccoon City Ben's Father would teach him how to defend himself if he ever needed to. When Ben turned 17 his Mother had passed away which left Ben lost and not knowing what to do, His father sent him money to get himself sorted.

Ben decided to join the police in England his father managed to assist by pulling some strings so he join at 17 instead of the required age of 18, Ben passed all the required courses and training and successfully became a police officer he spent a little under a year in England.

August 30th 1995, He was called into the Chief Constables office Ben was curious as to why he had been called in upon arriving he was told that a call was received from Raccoon City requesting Ben's immediate transfer the Chief Constable told Ben that his flight had been paid for and that he was to leave the following day.

Ben was very confused upon hearing this but agreed anyway, later that night he tried to get in touch with his father but there was no answer Ben continued packing he looked over the paperwork that was sent to him detailing what to do upon arriving in Raccoon. Ben calls Rachel a girl who he met from his previous visits to Raccoon and became friends with, to tell her that he's been transferred to Raccoon.

August 31st 1995, Ben arrived at the Station and was greeted by Lieutenant Marvin Branagh who showed him around the station and gave him his uniform and standard issue firearm, Ben asked whether his Father was around but was told that he hasn't been seen for weeks and no ones been able to get in touch with him, He went on to tell Ben that his Father worked closely with Chief Irons.

For the rest of 1995 Ben did outstanding work within the RPD along with on the side investigations as to where his Father could be.

he met various other Officers such as Damian Handy, Scott Walsh and Samantha Kamura whom he became fast friends with.

In January of 1996 while off duty with Rachel he intercepted a store robbery he chased after the robber in order to catch him while being successful in doing so Ben was unfortunately shot in the shoulder by a second robber, while they got away from Ben backup shortly arrived in the form of Damian Handy who made short work of the two robbers.

The bullet wound while not fatal put Ben out of action for two months much to his annoyance, although this didn't stop him from his work he remained determined to get back to full strength quickly, Once fully healed he trained even harder than before pushing himself to his absolute limits to ensure that he would never fail again.

In August of 1998 Ben was beginning to lose hope due to all the murders happening around the city he decided to try and look into what actually happened to S.T.A.R.S, twelve people went in only five came back alive it just didn't make sense he managed to catch Jill Valentine for a quick chat in a attempt to ask about the Mansion but she wouldn't say much just that it was a nightmare and to stop looking into it, this left Ben confused but all the more determined to find out the truth.

A month has passed the city is probably worse than last month, the murders were still happening Ben along with other officers were working tirelessly to try and solve this clusterfuck of a case.
