A highly intelligent, beautiful enigma that is Agent Mina Smith. A supposed 'Government Agent' she was called by her superiors to infiltrate Raccoon City, assess the situation, record data on the creatures that started appearing, observe and make note of the various other interested parties looking into the City's current predicament, isolate and kill Dr. William Birkin, Dr. Reiri Kamura, and Dr. James Ferral to name a few Umbrella Scientists (if they are a threat), collect info on the corrupt officials, look into this 'G-Virus' business, and record other observations of weary note.

She's supposed to work alongside local law enforcement (to a degree), as well as the FBI agents stationed in Raccoon City. She has brought along her partner, Agent Ming-Fa Song, to assist in her endeavors and is also given permission to recruit someone locally if the need arises...
