A customized assault rifle that is very rare to find in Raccoon City, in fact, it can only be found on members of a mysterious organization that operates similar to Umbrella's Security Service, but is not associated with the company. This group, which wear 'V-SAC' patches, if any, are a private organization who had Kendo Gunshop create a prototype back in '96, which was then mass produced elsewhere by this 'interested party from New York City'. The weapon is accurate, can be utilized as a marksman's rifle in semi-auto, and has further customizations to allow it to be utilized and fulfill a 'LMG' or 'Sniper' roll.

The weapon can attach multiple grenade launcher types (M203, M302), and a custom Benelli M3-S 'master key' that was developed for a specific operative in question.
