History:
A handsome, somewhat cocky Photographer for the Raccoon Times. Oiginally visiting Raccoon City on a trip to take photos of the area for a travel magazine in Ireland, he fell in love with the quaint, yet somewhat mysterious beauty of the Arklay mountains. He’s always been skilled with a camera, and at one point was a military photographer and a member of Ireland’s Irish Army Ranger Wing. He had joined the military young since he had little else place to go as a kid. Though he tries to bury that past, he can’t deny that his love of photography came from these dark origins, but you’d have a hard time thinking that of him since he seems to be an outgoing and happy go lucky kind of guy.

He is a very skilled individual who tinkers with an old corvette in his garage when he’s not working, who also has a love of the thrill and often goes out hiking and mountain climbing for good landscape photos for the local paper or tourism trade. His other hobbies are boxing and jogging.

Skills:
-Sharpshooter: He has a good eye, and though his time as a marksman with weapons have since gone away, he’s still a fair shot with either camera or gun.
-Quick Draw: Not from any of his military experience really, but from his photography skills and snapping a quick shot with his camera. In turn, with a holster he could theoretically draw a weapon rather quickly as well.
-Military Training: He has some military experience from his Ranger days. He has some experience handling paramilitary equipment.
-Heavy-Handed: Thanks to his daily regiment of keeping in shape since his days in the Irish Rangers and his hobby of boxing, he brute force enemies into submission or even carry, lift, push or pull heavy objects others smaller than him may have trouble with.
-Rappelling: He learned how to rappel in the military, but also is skilled at climbing and scaling as a personal hobby.
